You start as Project Delivery Manager, and eventually you will take on the role of Project Development Manager.

NOTE! Importantly, you independently decide on the form of employment and the workplace in Poland (Gdańsk, Gdynia), abroad (France, Germany), or on LOTOS platforms (Petrobaltic on the Polish coast in a 12/24 and 7/7 system with breaks, with accommodation and meals). Additionally, during your work, you can decide to change locations.

Salary of a ship engineer:
 

  • 12,000 - 28,000 PLN/month

Job requirements:
 

  • relevant education (Shipbuilding / Ocean Engineering or related)

  • minimum 3 years of experiencein direct work at a production shipyard (e.g., in hull construction or equipment assembly)

  • minimum 1 year of experiencein a design office / project office in the shipbuilding industry

  • knowledge of the English language(Professional proficiency or Full professional proficiency)

  • desire to have a real impact on the construction and outfitting process of hulls

  • an additional asset will beknowledge of the French language

 

We offer for the position of ship engineer:
 

  • full-time: employment under a contract of employment or B2B contract

  • additional group insurance
  • trial period of 2-12 weeks
  • work available immediately
