Development and Specialization of Naviretech

Over the years of its operation, Naviretech has built a strong position in the market, executing projects for both floating units and initiatives related to the construction of offshore platforms. One of its most impressive accomplishments is undoubtedly the construction of the SG-301 unit for the Maritime Border Guard. This is a full-sea floating unit measuring 70 meters in length and 11 meters in width, equipped with dedicated solutions for patrolling and securing Polish territorial waters. Naviretech provided comprehensive services in this project, starting from prefabrication, through assembly of sections, to the joining of blocks into one unit, which is a crucial element of the shipbuilding process. Naviretech’s experience in such projects is the result of thorough analysis of client needs and close cooperation with governmental units and security services.

Shipbuilding - POM Units for DGA

Naviretech also has extensive experience in executing international projects. This includes the construction of six POM units for the French armament agency DGA (Direction générale de l'armement). The prefabrication of these units took place in Poland, in Gdańsk and Gdynia, while the assembly and joining of blocks occurred at Naviretech's facilities in France. These units, nearly 80 meters long and 11.8 meters wide, feature a draft of 3.5 meters, making them excellent patrol and intervention vessels. The POM units can reach speeds of 24 knots and have a displacement of 1298 tons, allowing them to operate effectively in international waters. The modern technologies, high-quality materials, and precise workmanship used in these units guarantee reliability during the execution of patrol, monitoring, and protective tasks.

Construction of EDAS Units – Transport and Mobility

Naviretech has also gained experience in the production of landing craft, including the realization of the 12 EDAS units, which are transport vessels. EDAS units, with transport characteristics, can reach speeds of up to 29.63 km/h, and their significant feature is low draft, which enables the transport of heavy military equipment, including armored vehicles. These units are designed to operate in various hydrographic conditions, including shallow waters, ensuring their mobility in landing operations. The prefabrication of these units took place in Poland, while the assembly of finished sections and joining blocks occurred at Naviretech's facilities in France. Naviretech demonstrated great precision and flexibility here, ensuring the project was completed in accordance with the French client's requirements while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Construction of Vessels for the Finnish Border Guard

Another important project undertaken by Naviretech was the construction of the aft section of a full-sea patrol vessel for the Finnish Border Guard. This undertaking included the fabrication of two large aft sections with a total weight of 411 tons. The work involved full prefabrication, construction of individual sections, and their joining into blocks, which was a key stage in the vessel's construction. The work was carried out in accordance with international standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with the requirements of Finnish border services and meeting the highest quality and safety standards. This achievement was an excellent example of how Naviretech can combine advanced technologies and engineering knowledge with precise execution in the process of building floating units.
